Privacy at NVOstudio, written in plain words
We are a growth and creative studio. We are not an ad network. We collect the least we can, use it for the work you asked for, then let it go. This page says exactly what that means.
Nothing here is sold. Nothing here is traded. If a line reads vague to you, write to us and we will make it plainer.
What we actually collect
Four buckets, and that is the whole list. If a field is optional, leaving it blank costs you nothing.

What you send us
Your name, work email and the note you type into a form. You choose what goes in the message box. We never ask for card numbers by email.

Basic visit data
Page address, referring link, rough region and browser type. It is counted in aggregate. We do not build a profile of you from it.

Project material
Files, logins and briefs a client shares so we can do the work. Access is scoped to the people on that project. Nothing else.

Mail you opt into
Only the address you type into a subscribe field, plus open and click counts. One click unsubscribes you for good.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Our legal basis is simple. Contract for client work, consent for mail, legal duty for invoices. Clocks start on your last contact.

Tools we use to host, send mail and count page views process some of this on our behalf. They act on our written instruction only. Cookie detail sits on our cookie policy, and the wider terms of engagement live on our terms of service.
Your rights, and how to use them
You do not need a lawyer or a form. One email starts any of these. We confirm receipt the same week and never charge a fee.

Ask for a copy of what we hold on you. We reply within 30 days.

Fix it
Tell us what is wrong. We correct the record and confirm in writing.

Erase it
Ask us to delete. We do, unless tax law makes us keep the invoice.

Take it
Ask for your file in a portable format. We export and send it over.
Ask us anything about your data
We answer privacy mail ourselves. No ticket queue, no bot. If we change this policy, we date the new version at the top and keep the old one on request.
