Terms of Service

These terms cover NVOstudio projects and this website. They set out how work is scoped, billed, owned and ended. Read them once. They are short on purpose.

We run as an embedded growth and creative unit. So the rules below read like a working agreement, not retainer theatre.

Eight clauses, in plain words

The terms in full

Scope of work

We agree the work in writing before it starts. The scope names the tasks, the owner and the dates. It also names what is not included.

New requests are welcome. They are quoted as a change, not folded in for free. That keeps the plan honest and the timeline real.

Delivery and status

We work in short cycles. Each cycle ends with something you can use. That may be a fix list, a draft, a layout or a live change.

Status is shared on one thread. If a date slips, we say so early. Silence is not a status update.

What we need from you

You give us the access the scope needs. That can mean a CMS login, an analytics view or a repo branch. You keep the right to grant it.

You review drafts within the agreed window. Work paused for missing input may shift the dates. We flag that before it happens.

Fees and invoices

Invoices fall due on the terms named in the order. Taxes are added where the law requires them.

Late payment lets us pause work until the account clears. We will tell you first. We do not stop a live project without notice.

Ownership of the work

Once an invoice is paid, the final files for that stage pass to you. That covers copy, designs, layouts and site changes made for you.

Our own methods, templates and internal tools stay with the studio. You may use them inside your project. You may not resell them.

Confidentiality

We treat your data, plans and numbers as private. We share them only with the people doing your work.

We may name you as a client in our own work only with your written consent. Without it, your name stays off our site.

Notice and cancellation

Either side may end the work with the notice named in the order. Work in progress is billed up to the stop date.

On exit we hand over the files, the access notes and the open task list. You leave with the system, not just the output.

Limits and results

Search engines and ad platforms set their own rules. We follow good practice, but no studio can promise a rank or a revenue figure.

Our liability for any project is capped at the fees you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Both sides of the deal

What we hold to

  • Written scope before any work begins
  • One thread for status, files and decisions
  • Fixes shipped, not only advised
  • Handover files on the day work ends

What we ask of you

  • Access the agreed scope needs
  • Feedback inside the review window
  • Invoices settled on the agreed terms
  • One named contact for approvals

Questions on these terms

Write to us before you sign. We will answer in plain words and, where it helps, change the wording for your order.
